I am finalizing details with Mamba now.  The final design details are almost complete. 

I will be manufacturing and shipping them the lever arm as they refuse to make it out of Inconel and will not ship the assemblies without riveting on the actuator arm joint themselves.  The welding by the end user takes place between this lever and the rod and to ensure the best chances of success I will not introduce more complexity to welding Inconel by having it being welded to a dissimilar metal

This listing will be updated again production of the lever and assemblies begin.  Orders can still be placed up until that time to ensure you don't miss out on this first run.

After a lengthy search for a solution to the biggest problem found on the stock RS4/RS6 turbine housings has been sourced at an affordable price!

We have been using mambas SUS310 flappers with moderate to excellent success depending on setup and motorsport tune features.  The search began for either a supplier willing to produce Inconel flaps (the same high heat material used for the turbine wheels) or find an economic way to manufacture a much larger diameter bushing and rod from SUS310.

Mamba has finally given in and accepted a 20pc pre order for the Inconel flaps.  This should be the final solution to prevent all twisting of the rod flap which reduces the actuator preload and eventually if the actuators are not built correctly you will not be able to preload at all.  

Note: The bushing can be used in the oem/china RS4 turbine housings as is or with moderate grinding of a the lip.  The bushing will not fit in a china (or likely oem as well) RS6  turbine housing without boring out the turbine housing.  We have omitted using the bushing in both setups with no issues
