Returns and Exchanges
Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of product. All items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will not be processed until items are received and inspected. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Items that are special order or drop shipped may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Any items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return or exchange. JAE Innovations is not liable for any issues on parts installed on your vehicle by you or another shop as we cannot attest to proper installation or misuse of parts.
If you are having issues with any item purchased from us, please send us an email at sales@jaeinnovations.com and we will do what we can to help you.
Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Merchandise
In the event your item is defective or damaged upon on arrival please contact us within 14 days to remedy the issue.
Warranty
There is no warrant implied or otherwise by JAE Innovations on any product we sell. If you are having issues with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
Duties and Taxes
JAE Innovations is not responsible for any duty charges or additional taxes that may be due on arrival of your order.
Shipping
JAE Innovations cannot guarantee shipping times on purchases drop shipped or otherwise.
Items may be drop shipped.
